A Conversation with Simson Uri-Khob

More than 30 years ago, in July 1991, Simson Uri-Khob started working at Save the Rhino Trust Namibia (SRT). Today, having worked in numerous roles across the organisation and built up incredible rhino conservation knowledge, he is the CEO.

We chatted with Simson to find out about his work, his goals for SRT, and what’s needed to ensure that Namibia’s rhinos thrive.

Throughout this conversation, we also were sharing more about our 2021 appeal, Keep Rhinos Connected, as our focus country between 11 November and 8 December is Namibia – specifically, the Rhino Ranger Programme at Nyae Nyae Conservancy.
