Live talk: Protecting Zambia’s rhinos with the canine unit

Join our live discussion with some of Zambia’s leading conservationists working to save black rhinos alongside some brilliant four-legged friends. We’ll be talking to Claire Lewis, Benny Van Zyl and Tommy Asinga to learn more about them, and how they work with specialist canine units to protect wildlife.

Dogs are extremely useful for their track, scent and attack skills. They can track criminals, search vehicles for weapons and illegal wildlife products and apprehend suspects so rangers can safely make arrests. Outside of their work to tackle illegal wildlife trade, canine units are becoming increasingly important to support local communities.

Join us to learn more and ask your questions to Claire, Benny and Tommy.
