London Marathon 2026
The London Marathon is the world’s largest annual fundraising event, attracting more than 40,000 participants every year. In 1992, our rhinos first took part in this incredible event and 33 years on, we’re so excited to once again be on the start line in 2026! On the famous 26.2-mile route, you’ll see the sights, soak up the atmosphere and help us save all five species of rhino that call this world home.
It is our favourite day on the calendar. Not only do we get to see incredible supporters tackling an awesome challenge, but we also get to meet you in person and thank you for making a difference to the world’s rhinos, whilst seeing a few of our iconic rhino costumes cross over London’s famous Tower Bridge!
We ask that our runners commit to raising a minimum of £2,500 within two months of the event. This fundraising helps to cover the costs of your place in the marathon and contributes to vital activities making a difference for rhinos in Africa and Asia.
With 40 Gold Bond places and several ballot participants, our crash is one of the largest teams for a small charity like us and we are incredibly grateful to have such a fantastic fundraising team. Each and every one of our supporters is helping to make the world a better place for rhinos.
