Save the Rhino website terms and conditions

Postage and delivery

Depending on your delivery address, items will be sent using different postal and delivery services, to make sure that they reach your destination safely. We do not currently offer a tracked or courier service automatically. Please get in touch before placing your order to let us know if you have any particular requirements for your purchase.

We will process your order as soon as possible. Please see the below details for approximate delivery estimates:

  • UK delivery, 7-10 days
  • European delivery, up to two weeks
  • Worldwide delivery, up to three weeks

Please use the above delivery times as a guide before querying a non-delivery, in order to allow time for your order to be processed and shipped.

The delivery charge for your order depends on the size of your item and your delivery location. Full postage charges will be calculated at checkout. If you have any queries about the total postage and packaging cost for your order, please get in touch. Customers are liable to pay tax/duty on delivery, if this is required.

Merchandise returns and exchanges

All Save the Rhino merchandise is now sold via our partner, Teemill. You can find our store, here. If you’re looking for our refund or terms of sale, please visit the following links:

Membership returns

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of membership pack contents and delivery addresses. However, we cannot refund memberships due to an issue with the membership pack. All gifts included in the welcome packs are subject to availability. Save the Rhino reserves the right to substitute alternative gifts of an equivalent nature and value and/or refuse entry to events. If an item in your membership pack is faulty or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. Please return the items with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange and cover the cost of the return postage.

You have the right to cancel a membership within seven days of receiving your pack. Please return your membership pack in its original new and unused condition. If you wish to make a return please contact us to indicate you are doing so. Upon receiving the returned package, Save the Rhino will provide a refund to the original payment method if the merchandise is in an appropriate condition. Save the Rhino will provide a refund for the original product cost and outbound postage cost. Save the Rhino will not cover the costs of returning the item.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please notify Save the Rhino straight away upon receiving your membership pack. Please return the pack with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange or refund and cover the cost of the return postage.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods on their return. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds cannot be provided for damaged or used items.

Managing recurring donations

Donations made through Save the Rhino’s website are processed by the secure Stripe of GoCardless platforms. To update your details, or cancel payments, please login to your secure Save the Rhino account.

Managing your membership

There are currently two types of Save the Rhino memberships you can sign up for. You can choose to pay for your memberships annually, in monthly installments throughout the year, or as a one-off purchase. Please note that monthly payments can only be cancelled after the cost of your membership (ie. one year) has been paid in full.

In recognition of this fantastic support, we provide member-only benefits (please view the membership page for benefits specific to each membership option).

By signing up as a member you agree to be sent a copy of our annual magazine The Horn by post (unless you selected paperless) and to receive regular updates from us via e-mail about our work, events and activities. You can unsubscribe at any time from e-mail communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the e-mail. If you would prefer not to hear from us by post, please get in touch.
